The goal is to complete a race in about 40 hours, and most people train in the same fashion: a short but intense workout, followed by rest days to recover.
However, the marathon training simulator, which can be found on most online training sites, can be frustrating.
The simulator is designed to simulate a marathon running marathon, but it doesn’t actually provide any real-time information about your running pace, your speed, or even how long it will take you to complete the race.
The simulator was created by the London Marathon Training Centre, a nonprofit group in the U.K. It’s currently available for $39.95 on the simulators website.
But you might not want to use it, because it is essentially a race simulator, with no real-world feedback.
You can’t adjust your pace, and your pace will never change.
For some, the simulator is a frustrating experience, and it’s easy to lose focus during a long run, even though it’s not a marathon.
“The thing about training for a race is you train to finish, but if you train too long, you’ll have a race-type mindset,” said Matt Fogg, a physical therapist at London Marathon training centre.
The simulators are designed to be used in the “full marathon experience,” meaning that you are not only training to complete your race, but to make it happen.
The problem is, most people don’t understand how the simulator works, and some even complain that they feel like they are not training enough.
The simulators only provide information on your pace during the training portion of your run, and no actual information on the pace during a race.
“It’s like running through a fog, and you see a dot, and there is a dot on it,” said Fogg.
“You think, ‘Oh my god, I can’t believe I just got a dot.’
But you’re only seeing the dot, you don’t actually know where the dot is, and what the dot means.””
The simulator is so good at telling you what you should be doing, but you don-t know what you are actually doing,” said Rob Tannock, a clinical psychologist at the University of Exeter.”
You don’t know whether it’s good or bad or how fast you are going, you just have this feeling of, ‘I’m going really fast, I need to slow down, or I’m going so fast that I’m running out of gas.'”

Your pace is set in the simulator, and that’s it.
When you are in the simulation, your pace is determined by the speed you are running at.
The speed you run at determines how fast your heart is pumping.
This is why the simulator has to tell you what your pace should be.
“We have the speed of your heart, and we’re telling you the speed at which your heart pumps blood,” said Tannocks, adding that you need to train to run at a certain pace in order to get the desired amount of blood pumped.
“When you run a marathon it is a pretty straightforward thing, it’s like, ‘Ok, I’m gonna go faster than that, but I’m also going to slow myself down,'” he said.
“But the thing is, the more you go faster, the slower you’re going.
You’re going slower than you need be, so that’s what causes a lot of people to feel like it’s going too fast.”
When you’re running a marathon you’re not going to be as mentally focused as you would be if you were running a race, because you’re actually training to run faster.
